In 2020, Tommy and Vera completed their internship together at one of the world's top restaurants: restaurant Geranium*** in Copenhagen. In 2018, Tommy also completed an internship at restaurant Hertog Jan*** in Bruges, part of the ‘World’s 50 Best Restaurants’ at that time.

However, I decided to follow my heart by returning to hospitality, building professional expertise at renowned restaurants such as De Burgemeester* in Linschoten and Aan de Zweth* in Schipluiden.”
