We like to surprise with the menu, however à la carte dining or lunching is also available. Our service team will provide you with the à la carte menu.
Lunch
Maeve is open for lunch on Fridays and Saturdays, offering a 5-, 6-, or 7-course menu.
On Friday afternoons, a 4-course lunch menu is additionally available. Guests may also opt for the “Friday Afternoon Lunch Deal,” a lunch experience for a relaxed and culinary start to the weekend.

This arrangement can be further enhanced with additional options such as champagne, aperitif bites, additional course(s) or a cheese selection. Available on Friday afternoons only.

All dishes are created and prepared with great care. The kitchen team takes allergies and dietary requirements into account as much as possible, provided these are communicated in advance.
As certain products are integral to our signature culinary style, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate the following requests:
no citrus, no soy, no egg, no onion, and vegan
A special menu has been carefully put together for pregnant women. This menu complies with the guidelines of the Netherlands Nutrition Centre. However, some sauces contain a small amount of heated alcohol, such as vinegar or wine. These sauces are heated and reduced at a very high temperature for several hours (8 to 48 hours).
We are unable to make any changes to the menu to accommodate allergies or dietary requirements when communicated on the day itself. Please note that a surcharge may apply for menu adjustments.
