“Come quickly, I’m tasting the stars” Dom Perignon once said. These famous words reveal exactly what makes wine so special. A moment shared with loved ones, a precious memory but most of all, an ever-evolving liquid piece of art that never fails to fascinate me.
Discovering the unknown is what draws me most, only to then turn back to the true classics. Hence, the wine menu and the wine pairing are focused on 'traditional' wines with extra attention to Dutch wines, because if the French are allowed to be chauvinistic, so are the Dutch. On that note, having spent a fair amount of time in South Africa also translates into our menu and pairings, as it is simply an amazing wine country.
